The half life of imatinib is almost 24 hours, so you don't need to stagger it over a few days really.
If I were you, I would take it at 10am tomorrow and then 6pm the next day and you'

WBC has little to do with blast vs chronic. Very high counts and an enlarged spleen can be indicative of blast crisis but its not the determining factor, as far as i remember the hematologist
