TKI impact on male fertility

Hi all

Is anyone aware of any research or evidence that suggests Imatinib (or any TKI) has an impact on male factor fertility? My fiancée and I are planning a cycle of IVF and I can’t seem to find anything conclusive.

Any thoughts welcomed.

Have a search for videos from Prof Apperley at CML Horizons conferences where she discusses fertility. From memory, TKIs don’t seem to have any impact on sperm counts or motility but maybe there’s something in there I’ve forgotten.
