Wrong dosage of nilotinib

Categories:

Hi everyone,
I was switched to Nilotinib a year ago because of Spricel Pleural effusion, and while there was a confusion of the directions of taking the new drug, instead of taking 4 pills ( 150 mmg) every 24 hrs( 2 at 5 am and 2 at 5 pm) but, instead I was taking 2, during my year of 2 pills daily my BCR Abl was 0.055 and 0.051 or similar every month, and no side effect with perfect blood work, other than the occasional Lipase and Milase increase. After my yearly visit last month, my doctor told me of the wrong dose and I started taking 4 pills ( 600 mmg daily) which is supposedly the recommended dosage for the first time, after 1 month my bar abl went from 0.051 to 0.149. and I am always tired, skipping gym and not in the best shape... I will have another test done on 11/27th, did anyone experienced better results with less Nilotinib? Also is Nilotinib generic (non-Brand) have same results? I am considering taking only 3 all day ( 2 each 5 am and 1 each 5 pm) just to reduce the side effects...

If someone can offer some advice, I appreciate it. Thank you.
